Rates and Coverage

We believe in transparent communication about the cost of care. Below is important information about insurance, payment responsibility, and our current rates.

Insurance Coverage: What You Need to Know

We are happy to work with insurance to make care more accessible. However, insurance verification is only an estimate, not a guarantee of coverage. Please note that final payment responsibility remains with the patient or their designated responsible party.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to better understand your mental health benefits, including any applicable deductibles, copays, or coinsurance responsibilities.

In-Network vs. Out-of-Network

In-Network means we have a contract with your insurance provider and can bill them directly.

Out-of-Network means we do not bill your insurance directly, but we can provide you with a super-bill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Dr. Reed is In-Network with: BCBS plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Advantage, and True Blue.

Dr. Smith is In-Network with Ambetter, QualChoice and BCBS plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Advantage, and True Blue.

We offer self-pay rates for patients who are not using insurance benefits.

  • New Patient/Intake appointments and 60 minute appointments: $400

  • Follow up and 30 minute appointments: $200

Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule and the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services. This applies to patients who are not using insurance or are paying out-of-network. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate, just let us know and we will provide one.
